All items take 24-48 hrs to process.

Orders are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days of purchase date. 

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Domestic Rates

UPS GROUND - COMPLIMENTARY ON ALL U.S. ORDERS 

3 DAY - Fee will be populated at checkout.

OVERNIGHT - Fee will be populated at checkout.

Standard Shipping does not include insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

We currently are not shipping internationally.

Nina does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

  • New Years Eve
  • New Years Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • July 5th - the day after Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Black Friday - the day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your Nina Nieves purchase, however in the event that you would like to return your unworn item(s) you can request a return by contacting us info@ninanieves.com

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original tags can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Sale items may be returned for an exchange or Nina Nieves Store Credit only. Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned to us in original condition and mailed within 7 days of receiving a prepaid shipping label. Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received. Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back.

In the event of manufacturing defects please email us at info@ninanieves.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

FREE DOMESTIC RETURNS - You will be issued a pre-paid label once your return has been authorized. Use the packaging included in your original purchase to send your item(s) back to us.
